As previously reported, Anna Wintour is co-hosting a fund-raising dinner for Barack Obama with Michelle Obama and Sarah Jessica Parker in New York on June 14. Today, she released a video encouraging Obama supporters to enter a contest to win an all-expenses-paid trip to attend the dinner, which will (as they have in the past) most likely be closed to the press and anyone else who can't donate massive amounts of money to the campaign. In this video, she wears a Thakoon "Runway to Win" scarf and provides instructions for entering the contest on BarackObama.com (you have to donate at least $15 to do so). At the end of her spiel, she even makes what might be a quasi-joke about her type-A intolerance for tardiness, urging her audience, "Please, don't be late." But really, don't.
