The Andrej Pejic Show

Andrej Pejic, fashion's favourite gender-crossing androgyny poster boy, is set the star in his own reality show.

The show will reportedly film Pejic going about his everyday model life in New York, following him on shoots and the like, reports Fashionista.com .

"It's still in the early stages, but yes, there is a show being developed around Andrej," Pejic's model agency DNA confirmed.

It will also star his super-supportive mum Jadranka Savic, who once told an Australian TV programme that Andrej was "the most beautiful girl I'll ever see in a wedding dress" after he appeared as Jean Paul Gaultier's bride at the designer's spring/summer 2011 haute couture show.

Pejic was born in Bosnia but brought up in Serbia until the age of eight, he then moved to Australia as a political refugee following the 1999 NATO bombing of Serbia. He owes his gender-bending USP to Carine Roitfeld, who was the first to put in him women's clothes (Fendi, no less) for an editorial shoot, and he has since stolen women's campaigns, covers and catwalk slots left, right and centre.

From what we already know about Pejic, no doubt it will be an interesting show - he told New York Magazine he once faked a pregnancy, tweeted that "the first dress I ever wore was a placenta and the umbilical cord was my waist belt", and that he calls his genatalia a "pegina". Actually, we're not sure we want to watch it anymore.
